We kindly ask that you adhere to the following rules during your stay:

Property Condition: Please leave the condo in the same condition as you found it. You will be responsible for covering any damages incurred during your stay. We conduct thorough inventory checks between each guest, so please inform us immediately of any accidental damage.

Wet Items: Refrain from placing wet swimsuits, towels, or clothing on living room chairs or beds to prevent water stains.

Pool Etiquette: Personal items should not be left at the pool area, and please use the plastic cups provided. The pool area is shared with other guests.

Noise Levels: Respect other guests by refraining from playing loud music on the balcony.

Pets: No pets or service animals are allowed on the premises

Laundry Room: The laundry room is located at the front of the property, under the driveway carport, behind wooden doors. It is shared between the two studios and the house rental. Usage hours are from 3 PM to 9 AM—please do not leave your items unattended.

Ventilation and A/C: When opening the front door and windows for ventilation, please turn off the A/C in the room.

Towel and Clothing Care: Hang wet swimsuits in the bathroom shower or on towel bars. Avoid hanging towels on doors or glass shower doors to prevent damage.

Garbage Disposal: Dispose of garbage in the collection bin in front of the house to prevent attracting insects.

Cleaning Services: Our cleaning crew handles light dishes, bedding, towels, floors, kitchen, and bathrooms. Additional cleanings can be arranged for a nominal fee—please contact our guest experience manager for details.

Gratuities: Gratuities for support staff are welcome and help support the local community. Similarly, any gratuities directly paid to the security guards are appreciated.

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.

Guest Policy: Guests who are not authorized in advance will not be allowed on the premises as we prioritize a family-friendly environment for the relaxation of all guests. Sex workers are an example of a non-authorized day visitor. Day visitors must leave by 9 PM and cannot exceed a total of 3 guests on the property.

Occupancy and Parking: The maximum occupancy for the property is 3 guests, including visitors, children, and infants. The 3rd overnight guest can only be a small child. Only 1 parking space is available, which must be on the covered driveway.

Wristbands: The resort requires guests to wear a wristband throughout their stay for easy access to the resort's facilities.

Insect Prevention: Please keep unscreened doors and windows closed to prevent insects from entering the home from the surrounding rainforest. We cannot be held responsible for insects that enter after check-in. Do not leave food particles in the kitchen or bedrooms. Our team conducts thorough cleaning before each stay, and the property undergoes regular fumigation.

Plumbing Restrictions: Please do not flush any paper products, including toilet paper or feminine hygiene products, down the toilet. Only bio matter is allowed due to the design of Costa Rica’s sewer system.

Laundry Precautions: Ensure all sand is rinsed off clothing before using the washing machine or dryer. You can rinse off at the outdoor shower.

Pool Rules

Hours: Pool hours are from 8 AM to 9 PM.

Floats: Large pool floats are not permitted, except for children's personal floats. Air mattresses are not allowed in the pool.

Alcohol and Smoking: Alcoholic beverages, smoking, and vaping are not allowed in the pool or poolside. Food and drinks are permitted near the pool or under the terrace. Non-alcoholic beverages must be in transparent containers for visibility.

No Diving: Diving or jumping into the pool is prohibited.

Showering: Please shower before entering the pool and avoid entering with sunscreen or tanning lotion.

Child Supervision: Adult supervision is required for young children in the pool.

Proper Swimwear: Swimming in regular clothes or nudity is not allowed. Proper swimwear must be worn, following decency rules.

Fire Safety: No open flame devices are allowed on the property, including candles, lighters, incense, and lanterns.

Intoxicated Persons: Intoxicated individuals are not permitted in the pool or common areas.

Swimming Risk: There is no lifeguard on duty, so guests swim at their own risk.

Pool Diapers: Special pool diapers must be used for younger children.

Music: Loud music is prohibited near the pool or on your patio. Music with obscene lyrics is not allowed anywhere in the complex, regardless of the language.

Security Enforcement: Security guards will patrol the grounds regularly to enforce these rules. Failure to comply may result in fines imposed by local authorities according to resort regulations.
