House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please adhere to the following house rules:

Respect the Property: Kindly leave the condo in the same condition as you found it. Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay. We conduct thorough inventory checks between each guest, so please inform us immediately of any accidental damage.

Water Stains Prevention: Refrain from placing wet swimsuits, towels, or clothing on living room couches, chairs, or beds to avoid water stains.

Balcony Use: Do not hang towels or clothes on front balcony chairs. Do not hang rugs, or other items on balconies or walls.

Pool Area Etiquette: Personal items should not be left at the pool area, and please use the plastic cups provided. The pool area is shared with other guests.

Noise Consideration: Be mindful of other guests by avoiding loud music or noise on the balcony. A possible fine may be enforced for violations.

Pets: No pets or service animals are allowed on the premises.

Energy Conservation: When opening the sliding doors and windows for ventilation, please turn off the living room A/C and close the bedroom doors to conserve energy.

Towel and Clothing Care: Hang wet swimsuits in the bathroom shower and wet towels on the bathroom towel bars. Avoid hanging towels on room doors or glass shower doors to prevent damage.

Trash Disposal: Dispose of garbage in the collection bin at the end of the hallway to avoid attracting insects. The bin is behind the stairwell door.

Cleaning Services: Our cleaning crew takes care of cleaning, including dishes, bedding, towels, floors, kitchen, and bathroom. Additional cleanings can be arranged for a nominal fee by contacting our guest experience manager.

Gratuities: Gratuities for support staff are welcome and support the local community. Tips for security guards are also appreciated.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.

Visitor Policy: All visitors are not permitted. This ensures a family-friendly environment and the relaxation of all guests. All guests must register with security and present a valid ID.

Occupancy Limit: The maximum occupancy is 5 guests, including adults, children, and infants. Quiet hours are from 9PM to 8AM.

Open Flames Prohibited: No open flame devices are allowed, including candles, lighters, incense, lanterns, etc.

Insect Prevention: Keep unscreened doors and windows closed to prevent insects from entering the home from the surrounding rainforest. Please avoid leaving food particles in the kitchen or bedrooms to maintain cleanliness.

Plumbing Restrictions: Please do not flush any paper products, including toilet paper or feminine hygiene products, down the toilet. Only bio matter is allowed due to the design of Costa Rica’s sewer system.

BBQ Grills: . Charcoal grills are not permitted in any area. Propane grills are allowed only in designated areas. You must provide your own portable propane grill.

Laundry Precautions: Ensure all sand is rinsed off clothing before using the washing machine or dryer. You can rinse off at the pool shower.

Sports Equipment: Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, and large inflatables are prohibited in the pool area and hallways. You can store your bicycle in the provided outdoor facilities.

Parking: 1 parking space is assigned; do not park in unassigned spots or those for disabled individuals unless authorized. If you have additional vehicles, please contact us in advance for parking suggestions.

Elevators: Do not block elevator doors.

Pool Rules

Pool Hours: Open from 8 AM to 9 PM.

Floats and Air Mattresses: Large pool floats are not permitted, except for children's personal floats. Air mattresses are prohibited.

Pool Furniture: (loungers and umbrellas) must not be moved

Food and Drinks: Alcoholic beverages, smoking, and vaping are not allowed in or around the pool. Food is not permitted near the pool, with non-alcoholic beverages required to be in transparent containers. Do not leave any trash near the pool area.

Games and Diving: Group games, diving, and jumping into the pool are prohibited.

Shower Before Swimming: Please shower before entering the pool, and avoid swimming with sunscreen or tanning lotion on.

Child Supervision: Adult supervision is required for young children in the pool. Children under 12 years old require supervision at all times. Special pool diapers must be used for younger children.

Swimwear: Proper swimwear must be worn at all times. Swimming in regular clothes or nudity is not permitted.

Intoxicated Guests: Intoxicated individuals are not allowed in the pool or common areas.

No Lifeguard: There is no lifeguard on duty, so all guests swim at their own risk.

Loud Music: Loud music is prohibited inside the condo or on your patio. Music with obscene lyrics is not allowed anywhere in the complex, regardless of language. Music speakers are prohibited in the pool area; headphones are required.

Security Enforcement: Security guards will regularly patrol the grounds to enforce these rules. Failure to comply may result in fines, imposed by local authorities according to condo regulations. Treating security staff unfairly will not be tolerated.
