Please adhere to the following house rules during your stay:

Property Condition: Please leave the condo in the same condition as when you arrived. You will be held responsible for any damages incurred during your stay. We perform thorough inventory checks between guests, so please report any accidental damage immediately.

Countertop and Highchair Care: Avoid using sharp knives directly on the baby highchair tray or countertops, as these surfaces can be easily damaged.

Furniture Protection: Do not place wet swimsuits, towels, or clothing on the living room couches, chairs, or beds to prevent water stains.

Outdoor Furniture Care: Avoid hanging towels or clothing on porch chairs to prevent potential paint or stain transfer.

Pool Area Guidelines: Personal items should not be left in the pool area. Please use the provided plastic cups to ensure safety. The pool area is shared by all guests, so kindly be mindful of others.

Noise Control: Be considerate of other guests by refraining from playing loud music or making excessive noise, particularly on the balcony. Violations may result in a fine of up to $200 USD.

Energy Conservation: When opening the front door or windows for ventilation, please turn off the living room A/C and close the bedroom door to help minimize energy usage.

Laundry Care: Hang wet swimsuits in the bathroom shower and place wet towels on the hooks in the laundry room or towel bars in the bathroom. Avoid hanging towels on doors or glass shower doors to prevent damage.

Waste Disposal: Dispose of garbage in the collection bin located in front of the unit to prevent insect issues. Please sort recyclables and dispose of them in the designated bins near the main entrance of the complex.

Cleaning Services: Our cleaning crew will manage light cleaning tasks such as dishes, bedding, towels, floors, kitchen, and bathroom. If you would like additional cleaning services during your stay, they can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact our guest experience manager for further details.

Gratuities: Tips for the support staff are welcome and appreciated as they help support the local community. Gratuities for the security guards are also appreciated.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.

Pets: No pets or service animals are allowed on the premises.

Visitor Policy: Unauthorized visitors will not be allowed on the premises. We prioritize a family-friendly environment, so all visitors must be pre-approved and added to the security roster in advance. Guests must submit a government-issued ID to gain entry. Non-authorized visitors, including sex workers, are not permitted.

Occupancy Limit: The maximum occupancy of the property is 4 guests, including children, infants, and day visitors. All day visitors must vacate the premises by 9 PM. Pre-registration with security is required for all visitors.

Plumbing Restrictions: Please do not flush any paper products, including toilet paper or feminine hygiene products, down the toilet. Only bio matter is allowed due to the design of Costa Rica’s sewer system.

Laundry Precautions: Ensure all sand is rinsed off clothing before using the washing machine or dryer. You can rinse off at the pool shower.

POOL RULES:

Pool Hours: 8 AM to 12 PM and 1 PM to 9 PM.
Floatation Devices: Large pool floats are not allowed, except for children’s personal floats. Air mattresses are prohibited.
Alcohol, Smoking, and Vaping: Alcoholic beverages, smoking, and vaping are not allowed in or around the pool. Food and drinks are permitted in designated areas near the pool or under the terrace.
Beverage Containers: Non-alcoholic beverages must be in transparent containers.
Pool Games: Group games or ball activities (e.g., Marco Polo) are prohibited in the pool.
No Diving or Jumping: Diving and jumping into the pool are strictly prohibited.
Showering: Please shower before entering the pool and avoid entering with sunscreen or tanning lotion on your skin.
Supervision: Adult supervision is required for young children. Children under 12 are not permitted in the jacuzzi pools.
Swimwear: Proper swimwear is required. Swimming in regular clothes or nudity is not permitted.
Intoxicated Guests: Intoxicated individuals are not allowed in the pool or common areas.
No Lifeguard on Duty: Swim at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty.
Adults in Children’s Pool: Adults are not allowed in the children’s pool.
Pool Diapers: Special pool diapers are required for younger children.
Noise Control: Loud music is prohibited in the pool area and on your patio. Music with obscene lyrics is prohibited throughout the complex, regardless of language.
Security Enforcement: Security guards will patrol regularly to ensure compliance with these rules. Failure to comply may result in fines up to $200 USD, imposed by local authorities.
