To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please adhere to the following house rules:

Respect the Property: Kindly leave the condo in the same condition as you found it. You will be responsible for any damages incurred during your stay. We conduct thorough inventory checks between guests, so please inform us immediately if any accidental damage occurs.

Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is 5 guests, including children, infants, and visitors. All visitors must leave by 9 PM. During your stay, guests are required to wear wristbands, and any lost wristbands will incur a $5 replacement fee.

Care for Surfaces: Please avoid using sharp knives directly on the countertops to prevent damage.

Water Stains: Refrain from placing wet swimsuits, towels, or clothing on living room furniture, patio furniture, or beds to avoid water stains.

Porch Use: Do not hang towels or clothes on porch chairs. Please use the complimentary dryer to refresh any damp clothing.

Pets: No pets or service animals are allowed on the premises.

Pool Area Etiquette: Personal items should not be left in the pool area. Please use the provided plastic cups, as the pool is shared with other guests.

Noise Levels: Be mindful of other guests by keeping noise levels down, especially on the balcony. Loud music or noise may result in a fine of up to $200 USD.

Energy Conservation: When opening the front door and windows for ventilation, please turn off the A/C in the living room and close the bedroom door to conserve energy.

Hanging Wet Items: Hang wet swimsuits in the bathroom shower and wet towels on bathroom towel bars. Avoid hanging towels on doors or glass shower doors to prevent damage.

Trash Disposal: Dispose of garbage in the collection bin in front of the unit to prevent insects. Please sort recyclables and dispose of them in designated bins near the complex's main entrance.

Cleaning Services: Our cleaning crew handles dishes, bedding, towels, floors, kitchen, and bathroom. Additional cleanings can be arranged for a nominal fee; contact our guest experience manager for details.

Gratuities: Gratuities for support staff are welcome and help support the local community. Any tips for security guards are also appreciated.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.

Open Flames: No open flame devices, including candles, lighters, and incense, are permitted.

Visitors: Unauthorized visitors, including sex workers, will not be allowed on the premises to maintain a family-friendly environment. All guests and visitors must register with security at least 4 hours in advance and provide a valid ID for entry.

Insect Prevention: Keep unscreened doors and windows closed to prevent insects from entering. We cannot be held responsible for any insects that enter after check-in. Please do not leave food particles in the kitchen or bedrooms.

Plumbing Restrictions: Please do not flush any paper products, including toilet paper or feminine hygiene products, down the toilet. Only bio matter is allowed due to the design of Costa Rica’s sewer system.

Laundry Precautions: Ensure all sand is rinsed off clothing before using the washing machine or dryer. You can rinse off at the pool shower.

Pool Rules

Pool Hours: Open from 8 AM to 12 Noon and 1 PM to 9 PM.

Floats: Large pool floats are not permitted, except for children's personal floats. Air mattresses are also not allowed in the pool.

Food and Drinks: Alcoholic beverages, smoking, and vaping are prohibited in the pool or poolside. Food and drinks are allowed near the pool or under the terrace, but non-alcoholic beverages must be in transparent containers.

Games and Diving: Group games, diving, or jumping into the pool is prohibited.

Shower Before Swimming: Please shower before entering the pool and avoid entering with sunscreen or tanning lotion.

Child Supervision: Adult supervision is required for young children in the pool. Children under 12 years are not allowed in the jacuzzis.

Swimwear: Proper swimwear must be worn—no swimming in regular clothes or nudity.

Intoxication: Intoxicated individuals are not permitted in the pool or common areas.

No Lifeguard: There is no lifeguard on duty; guests swim at their own risk.

Children's Pool: Adults are not allowed in the children's pool, and special pool diapers are required for younger children.

Music: Loud music is prohibited near the pool or on your patio. Music with obscene lyrics is not allowed anywhere in the complex, with a possible fine of $200 USD.

Security Enforcement: Security guards will patrol the grounds regularly and enforce these rules. Non-compliance may result in fines imposed by local authorities according to condo regulations.
